Department OverviewThe HR Intern will partner with members of the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments, supporting various initiatives related to Talent Management strategy and the development of our employees in the Asia Pacific region.
Job Description

Implement Employee Development activities for APAC – in close collaboration with our HR Business Partners, regional HR team as well as Business Managers.

Support our employee engagement by developing initiatives and bringing new ideas to increase participation, especially in the area of Diversity and Inclusion. 

Work with HR vendors and members of the HR team to roll out employee engagement and talent development programmes, which include gathering of requirements, implementation and tracking of projects timeline and deliverables.

Develop well-crafted communications and training materials for internal stakeholders, to promote awareness, participation and quality of our talent development programs

Perform data analysis and reporting.


Basic Requirements

Outstanding writing and communication skills

Ability to draft captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters/brochures and visually-stunning presentations 

Self-starter with high initiative and proactiveness to progress tasks and accomplish goals with little supervision.

Flexibility and agile mindset to handle tasks or projects that may have multiple moving pieces and unexpected changes.

Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the work deliverables 

Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint or the equivalent in Google Suite.

Duration of Internship:

This is a full-time paid internship program with a duration of 3 to 6 months. Additionally, there may be opportunities for continued employment or advancement within the organization based on performance and business needs.
