As our Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will join the HR Business Partner Team, working closely with the broader HR department to support the implementation of key HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. How you’ll help us.
Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the HR Manager as part of the role, you’ll:
Assist in developing and implementing HR programmes and initiatives aligned with business goals, mainly EMEA Career Path, and assist in rolling them out to other divisions. Prepare and maintain reports, analysing HR data to support business decision-making. Assist with Employee Engagement surveys and create analysis to support the creation of action plans. Assist in HR policy development and review, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements. Plan, coordinate and track smaller projects.

Pursuing a qualification in Business Analytics, Psychology or Human Resources or any other related field. Interest in Human Resources. You are eligible for an internship in the Netherlands, which means that you are currently enrolled and will be for the entire duration of the internship in a Dutch educational institution, or you are a European citizen enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
