This position reports to
HR Business Partner
Your role and responsibilities•\tAssist in maintaining employee information and data, personnel management, and organizing archive materials.•\tAssist in internal communication meetings, such as organizing employee discussions and communication sessions.•\tAssist colleagues in the Human Resources department with daily tasks (such as arranging recruitment interviews, logistical work for training, etc.).•\tOther ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR manager (such as information summarization, scanning and archiving personnel-related records, etc.).
Qualifications for the role\tJunior or senior undergraduate students, majoring in journalism, law, human resource management;\tProficient in written English.\tOutgoing personality, self-motivated, results-oriented.
