We at Ardene are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated and dedicated HR Intern to join our growing team this summer. If you are positive, passionate about fashion, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual to join an exciting and evolving team!
The HR Intern will provide administrative and coordination support for the recruitment strategy delivery impacting the stores population. Responsabilties include but are not limited to:
Maintain recruitment database; Post, update and remove job ads from job boards and careers pages; Coordinate offers to candidates and administrative aspects of new hires; Respond to all inquiries regarding employment application status; Coordinate background checks; Generate weekly Excel reports; Participate in and support ongoing HR projects Other duties as required.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor with major in HR completed or in progress; Ideal role for a new graduate looking to build their HR career; 1-2 years of relevant work experience is an asset; Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken & written); Excellent customer support, organization skills, diplomacy and attention to details; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Ability to work in-office (Laval); Fashion retail experience is an asset.GROW WITH US!
