Major Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Recruitment and Onboarding:
+ Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening incoming applications.
+ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire sessions.
+ Employee Relations:
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
+ HR Administration:
+ Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
+ Assist in processing payroll information and ensuring timely updates of employee data.
+ Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
+ Training and Development:
+ Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
+ Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Competencies:
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
