Overview:
Our client in Malvern PA is offering an exciting human resources position for someone looking to gain hands on experience in various HR functions. Get exposure with project planning, HR audits, employee file management, benefits reconciliation, and office operations!
 
Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing and reconciling monthly benefits invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with employee records. Help conduct I-9 audits for both active and terminated employees, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Maintain and organize employee files by adding updated resumes and other relevant documents to active employee files. Download and organize new hire documents from PrimePay for all active employees to ensure records are complete. Assist with organizing, reviewing, and providing support in the approval process for various HR-related invoices. Assist HR Manager with Organizing HR Compliance & Events Calendar for 2025  Provide support for special HR projects on an Ad Hoc basis Provide support for day to day HR Operations including data entry, filing and other administrative tasks  
Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
