Job Responsibilities:

Assist with Data Entry, Auditing and Employment VerificationsAssist with processing E-Verify, Form I-9 and EEOC formsCreate, distribute, and process Status Change NoticesSupport pre-onboarding activitiesAssist with recruitment activities, including but not limited to screening candidatesAssist with New Hire OrientationsAudit Job Descriptions on fileAudit HR Intranet site documentsAssist with personnel file managementAssist with Summer Intern Coordination, including but not limited to evaluations and end of internship presentationsHandle other duties and special projects, as assigned by the HR Department

Requirements:

High School DiplomaCurrently attending a College or University in the field of Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Junior or Senior level status preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detailEffective and efficient time management skillsAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
