Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview

Support the Human Resources Department with various administrative programs.Manage assigned Human Resources projects.File, document, and record assigned processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

File documents and answer client and employee inquiriesSchedule interviews and confirm applicant availabilityGather and organize job applicationsWrite employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policiesAssist in researching compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state lawsParticipate and assist in scheduling company social and networking eventsPerform ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

Some related experience preferredHighly motivated to work, learn, and teach.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma Currently Attending a College or University

Special Knowledge / Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
