The HR intern will support the HR Shared Services team across various tasks relating to HR operations in the company.

Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding and offboarding processMonitor and process new hire confirmationGenerate employee letters such as employment certification letter and PR lettersCreate, maintain and update records in HR system and files, ensuring the accuracy and quality of dataIdentify areas for process improvement within HR Shared Services and assist in the implementing solutions to improve efficiencyParticipate in HR projects as and when assignedAll other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business ManagementProficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in RPA software (UiPath/Power BI) will be an advantageStrong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbersPossess good interpersonal communication and organisational skillsIndependent, proactive and self-motivatedAble to commit to a 6-months internship
