As HRZ6 team’s digital solution architecture and developer, Support HR IT Leader and HR BDO AP to implement the Digital transformation within AP(CN,JP,KR,Asean)

Develop the HRS and C/HR AP’s Digitalization maturity level in 3 dimension:

HR Digi solutions, tools, Application with new technology for example Gen-AI, Chatbot, automation and so onDigital competence and skill and IT technical sideSupport customer and key user as IT consultant

Be the IT architecture of Digital solutions of HRZ6Be the IT solution developer of Digital solutions of HRZ6Design the solution architecture of Business Satellite projectSupport HR IT Digi projects and IT system

QualificationsDeep knowledge and education background of IT, Software engineering or Data TechnologyGood knowledge and experience of web based IT system development and architecture designGood knowledge and experience of data analytics and data modelingGood soft skill of communication and strong influence powerIT Product management skill(plus)Knowledge of Human Resource related business(plus)
