Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? 

Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Demand Manager preferably with a HR or IT systems background and experience with integrations of non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions. The position will have project management elements so any practice in this field would also be very advantageous.

You’ll make a difference by:

Manage the relationship with customers regarding their new demands (projects, system enhancement requests & incidents etc.) Capture and analyse new demands and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation. Lead HR topics with strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-2-end processes and integrations. Coordination/management of global landscape and identify cross-topic dependencies. Collaborate/define/implement complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios. Coordination/management of integrations with non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions i.e. Workday. Consult HR and support functions in the optimisation and harmonisation of business processes. Handle local activities to support HR with integrating solutions into the Siemens IT landscape including cybersecurity

You’ll build on your existing expertise, including:

A passion for customer focus and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Significant experience in HR and/or IT systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously. Experience and motivation to work in an international set up. Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication. Teamwork with a bias towards virtual collaboration. Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken). Experience in projects or willingness to step into project management responsibilities is essential.
