THE OPPORTUNITY
The position partners closely with business leaders across all businesses in Sectors/Functions as assigned on a periodic basis to provide HR support in the areas of talent management, leadership development and coaching, organization design and capability building to drive sustainable business growth in the market. This role reports directly to the Head of Human Resources MedTech and OneHR ANZ or as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with business leaders, ensuring deep connection with and knowledge about the business and operating environment and be a strategic people partnerDesign and Implement Talent Strategies in support of business strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for sector as well as the JJ enterpriseData Generation Insights – Prepare quarterly HR dashboards – sharing data and relevant insights with Leadership TeamPartner with the business on building key capabilitiesCoaching – Ongoing leadership coaching for development (e.g. decision making, change management)Talent acquisition – where aligned to the talent strategy, partner with business leaders and talent acquisition team on hiring of critical roles (PG30 and above) and ad-hoc programs such as the IRDP internship programDevelop an in-sector people leader capability building strategy that aligns with Asia Pacific efforts, as well as local enterprise plansDevelop and drive relevant culture initiatives in partnership with the businessPartner with HR specialists on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Return to work, Global Health Services to deliver plans that support both our employees and the businessUndertake exit interviews for deep insights into attritionGreat Place to Work® Certified - 2024Competitive salary package, flexible work practices, award winning benefitsContinuous training and developmentABOUT THE COMPANY
