HR Leader Support Center Partner (Hybrid)
**Req Number** 150054 Job Description The HR Leader Support Center provides streamlined support and resources tailored to the unique needs of People Leaders. Responsible for timely and efficient support, acting as a point of contact for people leaders to address their HR-related inquiries. Job Responsibility 1.Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for people leaders in the business areas assigned, in navigating HR processes, policies, and systems. 2.Supports Associate Partner as needed to monitor the Leader Support Center various intake points including centralized email, phone, myExperience, SR etc. 3.Conduct initial assessments and triage HR inquiries from people leaders, determining appropriate course of action and escalation as needed. 4.Support people leaders in utilizing HR tools, resources, and self-service options effectively to meet their HR needs. 5.Provides consistent excellent customer experience to our People Leaders and coach them through utilizing myExperience or other HR platforms. 6.Collaborate closely with People Leader Partners and other HR areas to address escalated and complex HR issues, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution for people leaders. 7.Build and maintain strong relationships with people leaders based on trust and reliability, serving as a dedicated HR advocate and resource. 8.Participate in Leader Support Center initiatives or special projects, as needed. 9.With limited guidance, responsible for moderately complex to complex assignments/projects. 10.Identifies areas for possible improvements and addresses problems within scope of responsibility. 11.Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and related experience. + Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred. + 3-5 years of prior technical experience, preferred. + Strong communication and customer service skills, preferred. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
