The HR Trainer is primarily responsible for planning, designing, developing, and maintaining material within the Learning Management System (LMS) from a corporate organizational perspective, including onboarding, company policies, business ethics, company culture, and more. The role includes organizing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of training programs aimed at enhancing employee awareness of corporate practices and expectations.Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs that address the organization’s needs and enhance employee awareness of corporate practices.
• Create engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, video tutorials, manuals, help guides, and job aids.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, including user account management, course uploads, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the upload, testing, and updating of e-learning content, ensuring functionality and adherence to organizational standards.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports on user engagement and course completion to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the LMS with other systems and platforms for seamless functionality.
• Stay current with industry trends, LMS updates, and best practices, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Organize and conduct learning programs, including skills development, leadership training, and professional development.
• Evaluate learning programs, monitor effectiveness, and recommend changes to increase program success.
• Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to access, navigation, and course functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Proficiency in creating engaging e-learning content, such as video tutorials and help guides.
• Experience managing an LMS, including course uploads, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to assess user engagement and generate actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams.
