If you call yourself a digital native, are good in communications and aiming for continuous improvements then HR Learning Services is your place to be! **Tasks & responsibilities** + As a HR Learning Services Specialist you are participating in the transition of HR Learning Services processes from Germany to Poland and ramp-up activities while ensuring high-quality service provision, operational readiness and compliance from day one. + You are responsible for the administrative end-to-end processing and the professional support in the area of HR Learning Services, taking into account the legal and operational agreements and other applicable arrangements. + You are independently processing the recurring learning services portfolio from training management assigned to you, promotions to rollouts while continuously focusing on potential areas of improvement and customer experience excellence. + With your strong communication skills together with your social and technical competencies also in matters with high complexity, you are ensuring a splendid customer experience when advising customers and working with stakeholders or other internal or external business partners. **About our future employee** You should speak German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) languages and have min. 2 years of professional experience in the HR administration or event management.
