35 Hour work week
Non-Exempt pay rate: $20.20

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to assist direct care workers in the hiring process by:
+ Collecting and tracking all new worker employment applications, checking for completeness and accuracy.
+ Follow up with prospective workers and others on missing or incomplete documentation.
+ Process paperwork to hire employees
Education:
+ A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Five years of clerical and customer service experience.
+ Human Resources experience is preferred.
+ Fluency and proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required (reading, writing and speaking).
+ Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
+ Ability to work in electronic platforms.
