What You'll Be Doing:

Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

Employee Relations and Compliance: Provide expert guidance on Japanese labor law compliance, manage employee relations, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the global HR team on salary planning, promotions, and job leveling. Manage Japan-specific compensation strategies and oversee benefits programs.

Engagement and Culture: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, fostering a culture that reflects NVIDIA’s values.

Talent Development: Drive core learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and career development coaching.

HR Strategy and Implementation: Execute comprehensive HR programs tailored to Japan, such as performance management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.

What We Need to See:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+ years of proven HR leadership experience, ideally as a business partner or manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices.

Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes, including leadership development and organizational design.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in dynamic environments.
