About the Job:
* Lead the recruitment process including collaborating with hiring managers, identifying needs, posting jobs and sourcing candidates, and handling the interview process.
* Manage the benefits and retirement programs, including the open enrollment process, serving as the point-of-contact for employees and managing relationships with brokers.
* Support the performance management and compensation evaluation processes, working alongside the COO on implementation.
* Recommend and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
* Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
* 7+ years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in recruitment, benefits, and HR administration.
* Bachelor's degree in HR is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
* PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of HRIS platforms.
About the Position:
* $95K-$120K (DOE).
* On-site 4 days/week in Arlington, VA!
