Excellent English Communication skills and conversational Japanese are preferred.

MA/MS or BA/BS is required.

3-5years HR General and 2+years HR Management experience is required.

Will be responsible for hiring, on boarding, labor law, update company policy/benefits, create job descriptions, communicate with employees for good working environment and ad hoc.
