HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Handle labour disputes and remedy any issues Develop and initiate training and orientation plans for new starters Implement and maintain company policies and all other industry required policies involved in manufacturing Recommend ways to improve employee satisfaction Manage risk by being compliant with South African laws such as Employment Equity Act and Labor Laws Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees Run monthly payroll and provident fund / pension Collect and analyse employee data via internal surveys to measure employer satisfaction and reward employees Requirements:
Previous HR experience in a similar role Must be well-organised and have excellent time-management skills Must be a successful negotiator and influencer Ability to analyse information quickly with good problem-solving skills Excellent communicator and ability to communicate to all levels of management Good at keeping the peace and managing conflict Solid listening skills and respect for confidential information
