HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team and provide strategic support across the HR function.
In this role, you will build strong partnerships with management and employees, offering guidance on all HR matters. In close partnership with the Director, this role will support all HR initiatives and programs including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Total Rewards.
HR Manager Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR contact, building strong partnerships by understanding business needs to deliver effective HR solutions. Provide guidance on HR processes, including coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, while advocating for employees in various issues. Collaborate with managers on performance improvement, coaching, and career development, while facilitating recruitment and hiring processes. Lead job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and manage benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and implementing enhancements. Support organizational change initiatives and identify strategies for improving HR practices and policies, while collaborating with legal counsel on employment matters. HR Manager Qualifications: University Degree or completion of a College Diploma Program in Human Resources or related field CHRP designation desirable but not essential Strong knowledge of Employment Legislations Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical/GMP environment. Experienced\ in working in culturally diverse, multi-location work environment
Compensation: $110,000.00 per year + benefits.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite in Mississauga
