HR Manager

A client of Insight Global is looking for a skilled PART TIME HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, benefits coordination, maintain all records to state and federal standards.
Provides resolution of human resource, benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law and human resources.
Ensures compliance with employment laws, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
Maintains appropriate record-keeping to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Manages and handles the hiring process, including writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, coordinating interviews
Maintains an up-to-date Employee Handbook.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Coordinates the handling of unemployment compensation matters.
Ensures compliance with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Form I-9.
Conducts exit interviews to determine reason(s) for separation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum 3 days/week in office.
COMPENSATION
Salary: $40-60/hr depending on qualifications
