Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources  Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Role  Experience wit HRIS implmentation and management  Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software (payroll, performance management tools etc.)  Prior experience as a C-suite executive is an advantage
