Eaton’s IS VEH Power Connections division is currently seeking a HR Manager. This will be an onsite position based at our manufacturing facility in Carol Stream, IL. Relocation assistance within the United States/PR is available for this opportunity.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all human resource aspects and requirements for the site. Supporting the Plant Manager, the Human Resources Manager will provide HR strategy and support to the manufacturing plant consisting of salaried and hourly employees across various organizational functions. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to daily responsibilities requiring expertise in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Coaching. This role will have visibility and interaction with the Division Leadership Team and is a leader or people.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution Minimum five (5) years Human Resources experience Minimum two (2) years experience leading people in a managerial role Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future Relocation assistance will be provided for this opportunity for those within the United States/PR. Candidates residing within 50 miles of Chicago, IL will also be considered.
