Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a HR Manager role located in Johnsonville, South Carolina.As an HR Manager **leadership** is the key role within the company. You will be responsible for overseeing various functions related to human resources, such as recruitiment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. **This position also coordinates and directs the overall Environmental and safety programs to insure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Recruiment & Staffing:** + Lead the recruitment and hiring process, including creating jobs descriptions, posting job opeinging, screening candidates and conducting interviews. + Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs. **Employee Relations:** + Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, handing disputes,and promoting open communication. **Strategic Planning:** + Contribute to organizational planning by advising leadership on HR strategies and practices that align with business goals. **Salary Expectations:** The salary for an HR Manager can very depending on experience! **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience in Human Resources and EHS in a production facility.Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PMOlsten Staffing has been matching great candidates with great opportunities for over 60 years!
