This role will partner with our local site leaders and people managers to provide focused HR activities that contribute and link to the business strategy. They will handle the full scope of HR activities and drive initiatives aimed at supporting the goals of the organization.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Business Partnership: Build strong partnership with management and employees, implementing HR actions, creating a work environment equipped to meet business needs and maintain active two-way communication. Internal Communication: Lead local initiatives in alignment with Emerson’s Culture COE to foster visibility, engagement and locally important communication in Ede. Culture Stewardship: Own and drive engagement to best-in-class levels through ongoing work on realizing an inclusive employee experience. Talent Planning: Lead and deliver on talent acquisition, talent development and talent management to ensure our readiness for current and future needs are resourced with the best people. Works Council Relations: Maintain effective and productive working relationships with Works Council representatives. Employee Advocate: Deliver consistent, relevant, and effective HR support that is essential to supporting our people and enabling the best employee experience on site. Systems and HR Programs Champion: Ensure the data accuracy of our people in Oracle HCM, coordinate and administer monthly payroll & benefits, achieve our annual HR program cycles such as salary planning. HR Administration Manager: Ensuring effective administration of and compliance with all applicable policies, programs, data protection, employment and labor laws. Support with audits. Adhering to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities. For This Role, You Will Need: Excellent communication skills including fluency in both English & Dutch University degree, for example in Business Management or Human Resources (or equivalent) Prior HR experience ideally with a combination of operations, employee relations and business partnering Knowledge of using HR Information Systems or other databases Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience of working in a sophisticated matrix international organization would represent an advantage Proven experience in improving processes and systems Experience in facilitating learning and development programs A high level of business and financial understanding Experience of Collective Labor Agreements, Works Councils, and immigration processes Our Offer To You:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week is our strong preference. The role is based onsite at our Ede office; after the onboarding period is successfully completed, it may be possible to work up to one day per week hybrid (Work From Home).
