Your Role

Gensler Los Angeles is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with local leadership teams and handle heavy administration and tactical solutions. This position will also assist in the alignment of key human resources strategies to accomplishing important business objectives.  In this role you will serve as a key member of the human resources team with a primary focus on data input, HRIS administration, employee engagement, training and culture.  We are seeking passionate, self-motivated, creative, meticulously detailed, results oriented and customer-centric individuals.

What You Will Do

Be the point of contact for staff regarding payroll, benefit administration, Rideshare and various HR related programsPrepare documentation when dealing with employee work deficienciesBe responsible for all HRIS data input for existing staff, as well as incoming new hiresCoordinate and facilitate all on-boarding and new hire orientationsEmployee relations and regulatory complianceUnderstand all Gensler policies and ensure federal and state complianceAdhere to all EEO/AAP tracking requirementsHandle all employee relation's issues with utmost discretion and confidentialityMaintain clear concise documentationAbility to deliver clear advice and direction to management on HR related issuesHands on HR Generalist who works closely with fellow employees to complete projects, address issues and create a cohesive team environment within the office

Your Qualifications

3+ years of management experience3 - 5 years of generalist HR experienceMust have a background managing development programs.Experience working at a professional service firm a plusBachelor's degree and PHR / SPHR certification preferredStrong management capabilitiesExcellent organizational skills / attention to detailAbility to work within a team setting and go the extra mile to get the job doneAbility to handle multiple competing prioritiesAbility to build and maintain long-lasting relationshipsStrong interpersonal communications skills and flexibilityCuriosity to expand knowledge of employment laws and HR practiceAbility to create strategies and delivery methods for solutions under time constraints

**The base salary range will be estimated between $85,000-$115,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
