HR Manager
Johnson Service Group is looking for a HR Manager with 5-10 years experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a Direct job in Chatsworth, CA  for an electronics company.

Pay Rate: $100K
 
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our workforce while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll through ADP payroll systems. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Facilitate employee performance management processes, including annual reviews, coaching, and development. Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve HR-related issues and concerns. Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare and maintain HR reports for senior management regarding workforce performance, retention, and turnover.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 5-10 years of experience working in a Human Resource Manager role within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with ADP payroll systems and HR software. In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, labor laws, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus. Experience in labor relations and unionized environments (if applicable). Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
