Additionally, this person will be responsible for organizational development, ad hoc HR data reporting, and compliance in the position. 5+ years of progressive HR experience at a managerial level, required.Professional or financial services experience, required.Strong experience handling employee investigations, as well as organizational design.Strong communication skills, as well as a well-rounded HR background.

The salary range for this role is $140k-$165k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
