Basic Job Functions: Vulcraft Texas has an immediate opening for a qualified Human Resource Manager. This role involves overseeing a wide range of HR activities, including hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, teammate relations, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team, providing advice on policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Additional duties include supporting all HR/Payroll functions, such as payroll, onboarding, and teammate support. [[cust_safetyState]] Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + At least two years of experience in Human Resources, including familiarity with common HR practices and payroll. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
