HR Manager
Job Overview:

A growing organization is seeking an HR Manager to lead human resources strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building culture, managing performance, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies to support a scaling workforce Lead talent acquisition & onboarding to attract and retain top talent Build a strong workplace culture through engagement initiatives Oversee performance management and employee development programs Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and regulations Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on HR policies and best practices Requirements:

✔ 6+ years of HR experience in talent strategy, compliance, and employee relations
✔ Strong knowledge of employment law & workforce planning
✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔ Experience with HRIS platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred)
✔ Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office)

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ CHRP certification
✅ Experience in fast-growing or startup environments
✅ Proven ability to manage HR in a scaling business
