We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and execute key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across multiple business units.This role will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, policy guidance, and compliance oversight. The HR Manager will serve as a liaison between employees and various departments, ensuring clear communication and seamless HR processes.
\n\nTalent Acquisition & Onboarding\n\nManage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate communication and follow-ups.\nFacilitate pre-employment screenings, offer negotiations, and onboarding tasks, including benefits enrollment and I-9 verification.\nPartner with leadership to get budget approval for new hires and ensure alignment with business needs.\n\nHR Operations & Compliance\n\nHandle administrative responsibilities related to employee status changes, terminations, and severance agreements.\nAct as a liaison between employees and departments, including payroll, benefits, and leave administration (LOA, accommodations, workers' compensation tracking, and documentation).\nOversee unemployment claims, including responses, documentation gathering, and hearings.\n\nEmployee Relations & Performance Management\n\nConduct exit interviews, document concerns, and escalate as needed.\nLead investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\n\nHR Systems & Process Improvement\n\nMaintain and update HR tools and platforms such as Phenom and ADP.\nProvide guidance on compensation structures and company policies.\nPartner with leadership to implement PPR (Performance & Productivity Review) processes.\n\n RequirementsEducation & Experience:\n\nExperience in Human Resources, recruitment or related discipline, preferably in a multi-unit or multi-location environment.\nExperience managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.\nPrior experience working with HRIS systems\nStrong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance related to payroll, benefits, LOA, accommodations, and workers' compensation.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nProficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., ADP, Phenom, Microsoft Office Suite,)\nKnowledge of unemployment claims processing, hearings, and required documentation.\n\nSoft Skills & Leadership Abilities:\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a liaison between employees, leadership, and various departments (e.g., payroll, benefits, LOA).\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.\n\n
