Description We are offering a contract job opportunity for a HR Manager in the thriving luxury hotel industry located in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in administering human resources activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing clerical support to the HR department. Responsibilities: • Conducting and managing employee relations investigations • Overseeing compensation analysis to ensure fair and equitable remuneration • Planning and executing employee training programs for skill enhancement • Facilitating new employee orientation meetings to ensure smooth onboarding • Utilizing ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management • Handling personnel-related administrative tasks diligently and accurately. Requirements + At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role + Proficient with ADP Workforce Now HRIS + Proven ability to conduct comprehensive investigations + Proficiency in handling employee relations investigations + Demonstrated skills in managing employee relations + Experience in labor employee relations is preferred + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus + Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Must be able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment + Possession of relevant HR certifications like SHRM or a PHr will be an added advantage + Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously + Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
