As our HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related in our Israel offices —from hiring top talent to creating a thriving work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. But that’s not all! You’ll also collaborate with our global HR team to drive company-wide HR initiatives, ensuring that our people-first culture transcends borders.

Shape and enhance our workplace culture, making it a place where people continue to love to work.HR Strategy & Compliance: Keep us ahead of the game by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.Learning & Development: Help our employees grow by driving career development programs and leadership initiatives.Engagement & Well-being: Build initiatives that keep our employees happy, engaged, and thriving—because happy employees = better business!Global HR Collaboration: Partner with our global HR team to shape and execute global HR initiatives.Office Management: Ensure the office environment is conducive to work; managing supplies, facility access and general needs.What you bringProficient in spoken and written English.Must live within commuting distance to Zadara's Tel Aviv office and able to travel to Yokneam office one or twice per week.At least 5+ years of experience in human resources.Deep knowledge of HR practices and procedures and broad knowledge of the various functional areas within a People organization.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and compliance.Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees.Proven ability to manage competing priorities daily with the flexibility to adjust day-to-day as needed.Solid project management, time management, and organization skills.Experience with various people systems.Skilled in office administration, event coordination, inventory control, and vendor management.Your educationBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.#2025_007
