Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Italy is looking for an HR manager that can support the local organization on strategic and operational projects taking care of all HR processes.
Our local HR manager it’s a pillar for the local organization in terms of supporting cultural change an improvement. It’s also part of the supervisory board to make sure all the regulations and compliance requirements are guaranteed within the Italian legal entity.
The role reports directly to the local General Manager.

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related field Knowledge of HR systems (GPS/SAP HR) and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Previous experience in HR of minimum 5 yearsInternal and External Contacts/Customers:).
