JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting and advancing the Human Resources function in alignment with Associa-Marquis corporate policies and property-specific procedures. The role requires strategic planning, operational oversight, and hands-on management to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.

Job Description:

\n\nSupport, develop, implement, and ensure adherence to Associa-Marquis corporate policies and property-specific procedures.\nAssist in the preparation and management of the property’s Human Resources budget and business plan to align with organizational goals.\nManage all recruitment functions, including overseeing vacancies, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring alignment with budget and operational needs.\nProvide coaching, counseling, and performance management support to Department Heads, Association Managers, and employees to achieve strategic business objectives.\nOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, on-site transfers, on-site promotions, and employment terminations.\nEnsure all HR administrative processes comply with Associa-Marquis policies and legal requirements.\nManage day-to-day personnel administration, responding to requests and executing action plans as needed.\nAdminister Disciplinary & Grievance procedures in conjunction with the Managing Director and Associa-Marquis Corporate Human Resources.\nMaintain effective employee relations, ensuring employee welfare, health, safety, and hygiene are prioritized.\nCoordinate employee social activities in collaboration with Association Managers and Department Heads.\nConduct regular staff training sessions focused on development, compliance, and adherence to Associa-Marquis guidelines and property procedures.\nFoster a welcoming and supportive environment by maintaining an open-door policy for all employees.\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.\n\n Requirements

Requirements:

\n\n3+ years of experience in HR management and/or supervisory role.\nPrevious experience in Human Resources within luxury residential or hotel (hospitality) environments is preferred.\nMust be fluent in both Spanish and English.\nComprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.\nProven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.\nExceptional organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.\nFamiliarity with budgeting and business planning processes is a plus.\n\n
