This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              
Your specific duties as a HR Manager / Senior Manager will include:            Compensation (Range):  55-64/ hour Position Title: Human Resources Manager/Senior Manager Location: Atlanta, GA This role will proactively engage with the HR business partners for Global Paper and Supply Chain and work with their teams to execute key initiatives to develop and maintain a high performing workforce and pipeline of talent. The position has a heavy focus on talent management initiatives, strategic HR projects, employee relations and providing day-to-day HR support. This position builds effective partnerships and brokers the support of the full HR function to ensure that the business and associated organizational/talent management objectives are achieved. Work closely with the business HR leaders to design, implement, and sustain critical organizational initiatives and proactively drive and deliver on the organization, capability, talent and DEIB agenda. Assist in creation and execution of key initiatives and provide change management expertise to support critical business and functional initiatives. Lead, support and provide solutions for performance management, change management, development, and succession planning. Manage and support initiatives which serve to advance the business agenda and ensure we have strong programming in place to attract, develop and retain the talent and capabilities needed to meet business objectives. Work with business and HR leaders and employees to support culture and engagement actions to ensure a highly engaged work environment. Work in partnership with customer groups to support effective employee relations by advising on the appropriate deployment of HR and compliance policies and the development of a culture of positive employee engagement. Partner with HRBPs/HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to leverage resources and support company-wide initiatives and processes. Support other projects, programs, and processes as assigned.

Job Requirements
As a HR Manager / Senior Manager you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.  It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced HR or business role, with 2+ years in project management or analytical role desired. Demonstrated ability in applying functional knowledge to drive business challenges. Proven track record of strategic thinking and detail-orientation. Experience working with the broader HR team on development programming to include talent assessment, skill building, and career pathing. Strong business and financial acumen, talent assessment capabilities, and functional HR/compliance depth. Experience with HR operational areas including HRIS, Total Rewards and Talent Management. A proven ability to take initiative and anticipate customer needs/recommend actions to address challenges. Strong communications and ability to work in a matrixed environment; ability to build and maintain. strong partnerships across multiple areas and geographies. Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
