HR Office Administrator
Job Title: HR Office AdministratorJob Description This individual will be tasked with day-to-day HR tasks and assisting with annual benefit enrollment. Responsibilities include supporting the team with HR functions such as scheduling, onboarding, and benefits. You will answer questions or refer internal employees to the correct team member, handle end-to-end HR processes in the HRIS system, and support annual benefit enrollment. You will also manage data entry related to compensation changes, job changes, processing benefit enrollments, and approving terminations. Additionally, you will need to answer questions regarding navigation of the Workday system and have knowledge of PPOs and HRAs. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Work Environment This is a full-time, 40 hours per week role, Monday-Friday, with hours between 7am-6pm.
