HR Officer
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Day to day HR operations Personnel administration Planning and coordination of training  Internal training and induction Employment equity and skills plan facilitation/ submission Performance evaluations Disciplinary procedures Handling time and attendance matters All other HR and administrative tasks related to this position (and help with other areas of admin if/ when time allows) Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field 3-5 years relevant experience Afrikaans & English essential; isiXhosa beneficial/ preferred Excellent administrative and computer skills (MS Office) Labour legislation knowledge with application in the Agricultural industry Valid drivers license and own transport
