Working closely business leads and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our people strategy. You will be accountable for the delivery of HR people objectives and initiatives which are fully aligned with overall business division’s strategy and business targets and company-wide policy.
Responsibilities:
Act as the key HR contact point across Practice stakeholders to communicate and manage HR activities.Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support local organisational capabilities and development with HR interventions.Provide trends and analysis to the business ensuring that the business is achieving its targets.Act as the key interface in building strong working relationships between the divisional businesses and the HR delivery teams.Proactively manage projects and secure appropriate resources for various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance. These initiatives may encompass people priorities, organizational development, redundancies, performance management, talent review and succession planning, and diversity & inclusion efforts.Support Practice Directors with the delivery of the ‘People plan’ e.g. provide input to strategic bids, develop client relationships at an operational level, provide support and advice to Practice Teams on outputs from Talent Management processes and help land corporate HR projects into the DivisionsSupport and coach the lead practice communities.Drive standardisation in the execution of HR policies and processes and assure compliance and governance.Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.Review of complex cases/sensitive issues as required and manage business risk.Work with the HR Services community to ensure customer excellence and feedback on customer and employee experience Work with the HR Services community to ensure customer excellence and feedback on customer and employee experience.Requirements:
3 – 5 years’ experience in HR.Has very good relationship and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders on HR decisions.Experienced in partnering with management and HR experts to implement effective HR interventions.Experience with driving change and implementation programs.Articulate and creative, offering innovative and practical solutions.Ability to assert independent views and willingness to challenge.Analytical and strategic capability.Capable of influencing clients and be results driven.Working experience in dealing with operational HR matters within a business context.Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities.Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals.Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects.Customer focus and service excellence.Key to Success:
