Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that the organization successfully attract and integrate top talents successfully into the organization with focus on candidate and employee experience.Working closely with Talent Acquisition team from all Bosch Malaysia locations by analyzing company’s hiring needs, sourcing platform and recruitment strategy to ensure a healthy talent pipeline is available in meeting hiring needs.Oversee the governance and Key Performance Indicators of talent acquisition processes and evaluate recruiter performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, process quality and best practice implementations.Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and integration programs that align with the company's values and culture, serving as a point of contact for new hires during their early integration journey in Bosch.Responsible on the implementation of employer branding and communication strategies which include content creations, managing social media, fulfilment of employer branding roadmap for Bosch Malaysia

QualificationsMaster’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Possess at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and the HR field. Resourceful and passionate about talent analytics using talent mapping tools like Talent Insight, etc. Familiar with various talent full-cycle management processes including recruitment and talent management. Good at conceptual design and logical thinking. Business acumen and the ability to dig, diagnose, and solve problems. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with different levels of leaders and associates. Instinctive with data and good at data analysis. Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset. Fluent in English communication and presentation skills.
