HR - Onboarding and Compliance Admin
Responsibilities: Responsible for onboarding new employees Working with the new employees to complete all pre-employment documentation Scheduling and working with the employees to complete all pre-employment screenings, (background checks and drug testing  Coordinating and confirming start dates  Assignment management Offboarding of employees (employee/customer interface Qualifications: High School degree or equivalent.  4 year degree a plus  Proficient with office technology including the Microsoft suite of products (MSWord, Excel etc.) 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.   Experience with human resources related functions  Demonstrated critical thinking ability is required  Must be available to work onsite in Edison, NJ office on a fulltime basis, (5) days per week.
