Job Description


If you are an experienced HR Onboarding Coordinator looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm, and our clients include some of the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a HR Onboarding Coordinator. This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Job Responsibilities                                              
Your specific duties as a HR Onboarding Coordinator will include:   Provides administrative support for the onboarding program for company. Ability to work with groups from all different areas within compay when it comes to the coordination of the onboarding program. Completing specific tasks or activities supporting implementation and administration. Working under direct supervision, applies acquired basic job skills and utilizes standard policies and procedures in order to complete assigned tasks. Experience with creating and maintaining presentation materials and coordinating through email and outlook meetings. Highly organized, able handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize as directed, familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs

Job Requirements
As a HR Onboarding Coordinator, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Looking for someone with minimal 1-3 years of experience. Associate’s degree and no experience

At least 1 year of human resources experience Will also consider recent grads or candidates with only internship experience. NEED onboarding experience. Sending offers letters, monitoring background checks, and Etc
