Window Nation is looking for a driven, detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to ensure every new hire has a smooth and seamless start. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and love creating a positive first impression, this role is for you! Core Role Responsibilities Kickstart the onboarding journey by initiating the process for new hires Actively oversee, track and manage the status of required onboarding actions, ensuring all required actions are successfully completed Be the go-to guide for new hires, providing clear communication and support throughout their onboarding experience Partner with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to keep them informed of and engaged in onboarding progress Streamline and improve processes to enhance efficiency in a high-volume hiring environment Support facilitation as needed of two-day New Manager Onboarding program Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve how we onboard employees across the company  Other HR related tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary outside of onboarding. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related area of study. At least 2 years’ experience as an onboarding specialist and/or in a similar HR role. Preferred QualificationsPreferred degree is a BS/BA in Psychology, HR Management or Organizational Development. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively track and manage data Ability to focus and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong program/project management experience with a track record of improving operational efficiencies. Highly self-sufficient and motivated, functions with high level of independence; capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion to determine appropriate action. Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with HR standard software, such as UKG and MS Office. Strong teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions/regions with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
