Responsibilities:

Responsible for payroll processing activities, including data entry, payroll adjustments, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws, staying updated on changes and providing guidance to stakeholders.

Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain HR systems and databases including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.

Manage leave of absence administration, maternity, paternity,  disability, and other statutory leaves.

Process employee changes, such as job title changes, salary adjustments, department transfers & promotions.

Prepare promotion letters, and other HR-related documents as needed.

Support audit and compliance activities, including data validation, documentation review, and internal controls testing.

Provide support to employees regarding benefits, payroll, HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.

Ensure accurate and compliant records management, including document retention, storage, and disposal.

Assist with the unemployment claims process to ensure timely and accurate filing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Strong understanding of Total Rewards specifically benefits, compensation & payroll.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
