HR Operations Automation Analyst
**JOB SUMMARY** The HR Operations Automation Analyst will provide leadership, administration, and management of the activities and resources for a variety of digital projects that range in size and impact within the organization. This role will emphasize the automation of HR operations, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA and ServiceNow to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. The HR Operations Automation Analyst will partner with various service line and departmental leaders to define, strategize and deliver on key initiatives, ensuring that automation is a central component of project execution. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE** + Partners with and leads client executive teams towards the identification of problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective with a strong emphasis on automation + Establishes a process for team-based structuring and defining of problems, incorporating automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA and ServiceNow + Utilizes both traditional and modern assessment tools, such as interviews, surveys, and evaluations to arrive at hypothesis and conclusions + Presents and explains findings to executive leadership team and individuals, highlighting automation opportunities + Provides advice or suggestions for improvements that meet customer and digital health objectives, focusing on automated solutions + Develops implementation plans that integrate automation strategies + Develops and distributes communication plans, ensuring clear messaging around automation initiatives + Actively identifies and resolves issues and risk, communicating out when necessary, with a focus on automated risk management + Works with client team to implement change management processes, leveraging automation tools to streamline transitions + Maintains multiple Project/Product Budgets, utilizing automation for efficient budget tracking and reporting. + Actively maintains a pulse on digital disruption / innovation in healthcare, particularly in the realm of automation + Proactively evaluates digital health vendors for applicability, with focus on their automation capabilities + Experience in leading consumer journey map sessions, incorporating automated touchpoints. + Establishes external relationships with other thought leaders in Digital Health, particularly those specializing in automation + Closely Manages a program of strategic projects, ensuring automation is key component + Manages assigned MCI and MCII assigned to projects, integrating automation tools to enhance project outcomes + Works closely with leadership team to develop strategic plan that prioritizes automation in digital health initiatives **KEY SUCCESS FACTORS** + Excellent listening skills + Exceptional written and verbal skills with ability to communicate at various levels of management + Highly Skilled in systematic and inventive thinking towards problem solving + Excellent organizational and time mgmt. skills + Expertise in conflict resolution + Proven leadership experience in project management + Solid knowledge of data testing and research techniques + Strong working knowledge of business management best practices + Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems + Able to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans + Experience in business strategy planning + Passion for disrupting healthcare through digital innovation **BENEFITS** Our competitive benefits package includes the following + Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits + 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% + Tuition Reimbursement + PTO accrual beginning Day 1 Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Power Apps + Power Automate + Service Now + VBA **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + EDUCATION - Bachelor's + EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience As a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
