HR Operations - Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks.Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Managing HRIS and other HR systems.Leading HR projects and initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and organizational changes.Coordinating and managing onboarding, and offboarding processes.Contract Labour ManagementLaision with govt officials and manage external environmentOverseeing employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.Handling Grievance, Legal Matters & Discipline ManagementManaging employee benefits administration and ensuring effective communication of benefits programs.Conducting HR audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Qualification:
Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, or similar role with Minimum 10+ Years of experience.MBA / Equivalent, law qualification will have added advantage.Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.Strong leadership and managerial skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Analytical skills for HR data management and reporting.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.High Action Orientation & Integrity
