Overview
The Human Resources Operations Representative is responsible for completing a wide variety of Human Resources related duties that reflect substantial variety and complexity and may be within one or more functional areas of HR, including administration, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, report generation, record and file maintenance.
As one of the faces in HR, the team provides exceptional support and direction to both internal and external members of the community; connecting them with various HR departments dependent on the current need.
This position’s work is generally of a critical and confidential nature so respect, trust, and integrity are must haves for this role.
Operations typically flow through our HR Connect foundation, which the HR Representative will play a key role in.
What is HR Connect?
HR Connect provides HR assistance to UHS employees, in the form of accurate, consistent and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels – phone, web case, and chat platforms.
HR Connect primarily exists to help employees find answers to their questions and support their HR needs.
If you have 1-3 years of relevant HR experience: There is the potential to develop into a Senior HR Representative, which will help identify and implement process improvements, support the growth and development of HR Operation Representatives, respond to escalations, and be the point of contact for assigned functions and processes.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
+ High School Diploma with 1- 3 years of relevant clerical/customer service experience
Preferred:
+ Associates Degree
+ Prior HR Shared Services or HR Operations Experience
License/Certification
Preferred:
+ PHR or SPHR
