This position reports to

HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Tasks•\tBe charge of employees' monthly payroll calculation and payment transactions•\tBe charge of employees' social benefit and company benefit related transactions•\tBe charge of employee’s individual income tax declaration•\tSupport payroll and benefit financial booking relevant processes•\tSupport ESAP related activities for employees•\tSupport Internal/External audit process•\tCoordinate with vendor/agency•\tHandle payroll/benefit related special cases according to relevant experience•\tCoordinate with other service lines and Hub team (In Bangalore, India)

Qualifications for the role

Requirements:\tBachelor’s degree or above\tKnowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications\t3+ years’ experience in HR C&B/ PY function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage\tCollaboration and networking skills\tExcellent speaking & written in English.
