Lead HR Business Partner - India Operation Center

Your role and responsibilities

You will be responsible playing a versatile role in supporting various human resources functions within the INOPC and will be requiring a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various HR responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. You will also be providing operational HR support to both employees and management.The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the India Operation Center – Process Automation at ABB Ability Innovation Center (AIC) located in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tResponsible for executing of assessment programs in the assigned business•\tContributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture.•\tCollaborating with management to address employee feedback and implement improvements•\tCollaborating with the recruitment team to support the hiring process of third-party conversions•\tMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records•\tAnalyzing HR data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement•\tThis job summary provides a general overview, and specific HR Operation roles may have additional duties based on the organization's needs and industry

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field\tMinimum 5-6 years of experience in HR role\tProven experience in an HR advisory role or similar capacity\tIn-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws\tProficiency in HR tools like SAP, workday, Power BI will be an added advantage\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills
